Screen Recorder

Capture your screen, then trim it, shrink it or turn it into a GIF — all without uploading anything.

Record your screen

Your browser will ask which screen, window or tab to share. Recording starts as soon as you choose.

Whether the shared screen's own sound is captured is up to your browser and operating system — on most, it is offered only when sharing a tab.

Recorded and saved entirely by your browser — nothing is uploaded, and no conversion engine is loaded.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Start recording

Pick the screen, window or tab you want to capture.

  2. Step 2

    Stop when done

Stop from here, or from your browser’s own sharing bar.

  3. Step 3

    Save it

Preview the result, then download it — or send it straight to another tool.

A note on sound

Whether the shared screen's own audio can be captured is decided by your browser and operating system, not by this page. In most browsers it is offered only when you share a single tab, and on macOS it is often unavailable entirely. Your microphone is a separate, optional choice and works everywhere.
